After a successful year at Central London based office agents Pilcher Hershman, in 2004 Adam then completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Property & Construction at Birmingham City University, formerly known as the University of Central England.

Adam then spent several years within residential and mixed-use development as an Acquisitions Surveyor at Henry Homes PLC (now Fusion Residential) and Londonewcastle PLC sourcing and negotiating land acquisitions within Central and Greater London that had scope for re-development.

Prior to establishing Burlington Partners, Adam headed up the investment and development department at Ashwell Rogers, specialising in the Central London market.
